Cooking Instructions

To ensure your complete satisfaction with your Palma Pasta experience, please follow the cooking instructions provided. A reminder to all valued customers that all cooking times are approximate and will vary depending on your oven.

Pasta Trays:

Extra Large - Loosen foil lid and place product in preheated oven at 375F for 60-70 minutes. If frozen thaw in fridge for one day and follow above cooking instructions.

Large - Loosen foil lid and place product in preheated oven at 375F for 40-50 minutes. If frozen thaw in fridge for one day and follow above cooking instructions.

Medium - Remove plastic lid and replace with foil paper. Place product in preheated oven at 375F for 30-40 minutes. If frozen thaw in fridge for one day and follow above cooking instructions.

Small - Remove plastic lid and replace with foil paper. Place product in preheated oven at 375F for 30-40 minutes. If frozen thaw in fridge for one day and follow above cooking instructions.

 

Cut Pasta (Fettuccine, Spaghetti etc):
Bring water to boil and add salt to taste. Place pasta in boiling water and wait until water returns to boil and cook for 1-2 minutes. Drain and add sauce.

 

Short Pasta (Penne, Rigatoni etc):
Bring water to boil and add salt to taste. Place pasta in boiling water and wait until water returns to boil and cook for 3-4 minutes. Drain and add sauce.

 

Gnocchi:
Bring water to boil and add salt to taste. Place Gnocchi in boiling water, two gentle stirs. Wait until Gnocchi float to top of the boiling water (should take about 2-4 minutes). Drain and add sauce.

 

Meat:
Warm in a preheated oven at 350F for about 30 minutes.
